1、脐部小切口辅助完成Soave手术治疗婴儿长段型巨结肠的临床研究发表时间：2009-9-99:15:36来源:创新医学网推荐作者：张勇李殿国王亚平陈维秀孙小兵王峰作者单位：1山东大学第二医院小儿外科2青岛市第八人民医院妇科3ill东大学第二医院普外科【摘要】目的：探讨脐部小切口在婴儿长段型巨结肠根治中的应川。方法：回顾性分析我院行脐部小切口辅助Soave手术治疗患儿长段型巨结肠11例。结果：切除结肠长度30〜50cm,平均37.6cm；术中失血5〜20mL,平均8mL；手术时间90〜140min,平均110.5min。术后
2、3例出现肛周轻度糜烂，无点肠回缩、吻合口痿，脐部切口无感染、裂开，肠蠕动恢复时间16〜24h,平均18.7h,术后7〜14d出院。全部病例随访3.5〜12个月，每日排便3〜7次，英中轻度污粪1例,小肠结肠炎1例,经保守治疗后好转,无肛门狭窄及粘连性肠梗阻。结论：婴儿长段型巨结肠根治术单纯性肛门拖出结肠闲难，可辅加脐部小切口协助完成手术，具有损伤小、并发症少、恢复快、美容效果好、费用少等优点。【关键词】Hirschspmng病•腹部小切口•婴儿Soaveoperationcombindedwithminilaparotom
