1、中草药ChineseTraditionalandHerbalDrugs第39卷第12期2008年12月·1869··药材与资源·巴戟天遗传多样性的RAPD研究X丁平,刘瑾,仰铁锤,邱金英(广州中医药大学中药学院,广东广州510405)摘要:目的应用随机扩增多态性DNA(randomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA,RAPD)标记技术对广东产5个类群的栽培巴戟天进行遗传多样性研究。方法应用15种引物对64个个体进行检测,应用Popgen32软件分析群体的遗传多样性。结果共得到224条带,其中多态位点11
2、2个,多态百分率为50100%。种群内多态位点百分率在37105%~53113%,平均为45186%。Shannon指数和Nei指数均反映出巴戟天各类群遗传多样性有一定的变化。Shannon指数为012876,各类群的Shannon指数在011033~012362,Nei指数为011756,各类群的Nei指数在010745~011540。结论目前栽培巴戟天居群间有一定的分化,并产生了多种农家类型,其中小叶巴戟天(POP2)遗传多样性明显高于其他类型,这些可能是导致目前栽培巴戟天质量产生变异的主要原因。关键词:巴戟天
