4、cttosections2B,2Eand14(3A)oftheprincipalOrdinancebut,subjecttothat,shallbegovernedbytheprincipalOrdinanceasifthisOrdinancehadnotbeenenacted.".@Commencementdate:6April1990.2.Section18oftheArbitration(Amendment)Ordinance1996(75of1996)providesasfollows:"18.Transitionalprovisions(1)

5、AprovisionofthisOrdinanceappliestoandinrelationtoanagreemententeredintobeforeorafterthecommencement#oftheprovision.However,suchaprovisiondoesnotapplytoorinrelationtoanarbitrationcommencedbeforethecommencement#oftheprovisionandinthatcasetheprovisionsoftheprincipalOrdinancethatwer
