2、ngestionorinjectionofadangerousdrug. (2)Anypersonwhocontravenesanyoftheprovisionsofsubsection(1)shallbeguiltyofanoffenceandshallbeliableonconvictiontoafineof$10000and,subjecttosection54A,toimprisonmentfor3years.(Amended67of1979s.3) Cap134s37Responsibilityofowners,tenants,et
3、c. (1)Nopersonshall- (a)beingtheowner,tenant,occupierorpersoninchargeofanyplaceorpremises,permitorsuffersuchplaceorpremisesoranypartthereoftobeopened,keptorusedasadivanorforunlawfultraffickinginortheunlawfulmanufacturingorstorageofadangerousdrug;or (b)letoragreetolet,wheth
4、erasprincipaloragent,anyplaceorpremiseswiththeknowledgethatsuchplaceorpremisesoranypartthereofistobeopened,keptorusedasadivanorforunlawfultraffickinginortheunlawfulmanufacturingorstorageofadangerousdrug.(Amended46of1971s.5)(2)Anypersonwhocontravenesanyoftheprovisionsofsubsect
5、ion(1)shallbeguiltyofanoffenceandshallbeliable- (a)onconvictiononindictment,toafineof$5000000andtoimprisonmentfor15years;and (b)onsummaryconviction,toafineof$500000andtoimprisonmentfor3years.(Amended43of1974s.6) Cap134s38Premisesusedforunlawfultraffickinginormanufacturing,

7、f1992s.5) (a)theowneroranytenantoftheplaceorpremisesorthepartthereof;or (b)ifsuchownerortenantisabsentorunderdisability,onhisagent;or (c)ifsuchownerortenantisacompany,onthesecretaryormanagerthereof.(2)Afterserviceofanoticeundersubsection(1),acourtmay,onapplication- (a)byt
