4、ers,andpromotethehealthydevelopmentofrealestateindustry,followthebasicprinciplesoflawsandadministrativerulesandregulations,combinedwiththeactual,theseregulationsareformulated.Article2theseregulationsapplytothehousesonthestate-ownedlandinthetownplanningareaofxi
5、amen.Thehousesmentionedintheseregulationsrefertobuildingsandstructuressuchashousesontheland.Article3thelawfulrightsandinterestsoftheownerofahouseshallbeprotectedbylaw,andnounitorindividualshallinfringeuponit.Theownerofthehouseshallexercisehisrightswithinthelim
6、itsprescribedbythelawsandregulations,andshallnotusethepropertytoendangerpublicinterestsorharmthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofothers.Article4housesmaybebought,sold,inherited,dissecting,dividing,giving,exchanging,leasing,mortgagingorotherwiseusedforothereconomi
7、cactivities.Theuseofhousesforcivilandeconomicactivitiesshallfollowtheprincipleofvoluntary,fairandhonestcredit.Article5thelandpropertymanagementdepartmentofxiamencityshallbeinchargeoftheurbanhousingadministration.ChapteriiregistrationArticle6inthismunicipality,
8、therighttotheuseofthelandandtheregistrationandcertificationsystemfortheownershipofthehomeshallbeprotectedbylawinaccordancewiththelaw.Thelandpropertymanagementdepartmentshallexamine
