5、smunicipality.Thirdcityhousingleasesaidthetermreferstothecitizens,legalpersonsorotherorganizationsinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheownershiportherighttohousingmanagementofallorpartoftheoffertoothers,bythelesseepaystherenttothelessortopayrentorotherformsofbehavior.Thefollow
6、ingactsareconsideredrentalhousing:(1)providinghousingtootherpeopleinthenameofjointventure,cooperativeoperationandcontracting,andobtainingfixedincomeorincomewithouttakingoperationalrisks;(two)hotels,travelagencies,hotels,guesthouses,theroomsorotherhousingavailabletoothersasafixedoff
