5、rativedepartmentinchargeofurbanwatersupplyinourcity.Toberesponsiblefororganizingtheimplementationofthemeasures.Fourthwatersupplyenterprisesshouldimprovethequalityofservice,plantoimproveurbanwatersupplyconditions,ensuresafewatersupply,toachievegoodwaterquality,

6、waterpressure,accuratemeasurement,timelymaintenance,chargeaccordingto.Thefifthurbanwatersupplyworkmustadheretothepolicyofservingthepeople'slifeandproductionandconstruction,andoverallarrangeindustrialwaterandotherwateruseundertheprincipleofprioritytomeetthepeop
