5、inedwiththeactualcity,theenactmentofthisordinance.Secondoftheurbanwatersupplyandtheuseofurbanwatersupplyandwater-savingmanagementactivitiesmustcomplywiththeseregulations.ThethirdurbanwatersupplyreferredtointheOrdinancereferstotheurbanpublicwatersupplyandthetwowatersupply.Urbanpublicwatersupp

6、lyreferstothecitypublicwatersupplyenterprisestoprovideliving,productionandotherwaterusetotheunitsandresidentsbythepublicwatersupplynetworkanditsancillaryfacilities.Thetwowatersupplyreferstothecitypublicwatersupplynetworkwaterpressure,storage,andthentothewaterstationorusertoprovidewater.Urban

7、water-savinginthisOrdinancereferstostrengtheningthemanagementofwatersavingthroughadministrative,technicalandeconomicmeansintheurbanwatersupplyarea.Fourthadministrativedepartmentsofmunicipalconstructionareresponsibleforthemanagementofwatersupplyandw
