4、upply,watertomaintainthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofbothparties,accordingtotheprovisionsoftheStateCouncil"citywatersupplyOrdinance"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualcity,theenactmentofthisordinance.Secondunitsandindividualsengagedinanduseofurbanwatersupplymusta

5、bidebytheseregulations.TheurbanwatersupplyreferredtointheOrdinancereferstothebehaviorofurbanwatersupplyenterprisestoprovideliving,productionandotherwaterusetoresidentsandunitsbymeansofurbanpublicwatersupplypipelinesandtheirauxiliaryfacilities.Theterm"urbanwater"usedintheseRegulationsr

6、eferstothedirectuseofurbanwatersupplyduetolife,productionandotheractivities.Thethirdurbanwatersupplyshouldgiveprioritytotheguaranteeofurbandomesticwater,andensurethewaterdemandforurbandevelopment.Theprincipleofcombiningwatersupplywithplannedwateruseandwatersavingisimplementedforurbanw

7、atersupplyandwateruse.Fourthunitsandindividualshavetheresponsibilitytomaintainwatersupplyfacilities,damagetowatersupplyfacilities,violationofwaterandotheractshavetherighttoreport.Thecitygovernmentshouldrewardthosewhoreportmeritoriousservice.ThefifthAnshanmunicipalpublicutilitiesadmini
