4、nkingwatersafety,accordingtotheprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisordinance.Secondunitsandindividualswhoengageinurbanwatersupplyanduseurbanwatersupplyincitieswithintheseatofthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountyl
5、evelshallcomplywiththeseregulations.Theterm"urbanwatersupply"asmentionedintheseRegulationsreferstotheurbanpublicwatersupply,selfbuiltfacilities,watersupplyandthetwowatersupply.Thirdmunicipaladministrativedepartmentsofurbanconstructioninchargeofthecity'surba
6、nwatersupplywork.Theadministrativedepartmentsofurbanwatersupplydeterminedbythepeople'sgovernmentsofcounties(cities)andFengfengminingareasshallberesponsiblefortheadministrationofurbanwatersupplywithintheiradministrativeareas,andshallbeincorporatedintotheadmi
7、nistrativedepartmentsofurbanconstructionandindustryadministration.Theadministrativedepartmentsinchargeofwater,landandresources,environmentalprotection,sanitation,technicalsupervision,industryandcommerce,prices,etc.shall,inaccordancewiththeirrespectivefuncti
