5、ement.Intheurbanplanningarea,unitsandindividualswhousemunicipalwatersupplyandselfbuiltfacilitiesforwatersupply(exceptfortheuseofselfbuiltfacilitiesandwatersupply)mustcomplywiththeseregulations.ThirdMunicipalPeople'sgovernmentsshouldstrengthentheleadershipofthecity'swaterconservationefforts
6、,savingwaterintothenationaleconomicandsocialdevelopmentplan.Theplannedwaterfourthinourcity,tosavewater.Allunitsandindividualswhousemunicipalwatersupplyandselfbuiltfacilitiesforwatersupplyinurbanplanningareashavetheobligationtoimplementplannedwateruseandwaterconservation.Fifthmunicipal,Dist
