5、ger,passengers,businessoperatorsandemployeesmaintainthelegitimaterightsandinterests,accordingtotheprovisionsofrelevantlawsandregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisordinance.Secondregulationsapplytothecity'surbanplanningarea(excludingShuangyangDistrict)publictramoperationandrelatedman
6、agementactivities.UrbanpublicelectriccarsasmentionedintheseRegulationsrefertopassengercarsandtramsoperatedbythepublicinaccordancewiththeprescribedroutes,stationsandtimeintheurbanplanningarea.Thirdurbanpublictram,passengertransportshouldfollowthe"people-oriented,safeandconvenient","overallplann
