1、上海市音像制品管理条例（RegulationsofShanghaiMunicipalityontheadministrationofaudiovisualproducts）Theadministrativedepartmentforaudio-visualproductsofdistrictsandcountiesshall,withintwentydaysfromthedateofreceiptoftheapplication,maketheexaminationandapprovaldecisions.(four)chainbusinessunitsengagedinthereta
2、ilandrentalofaudiovisualproducts,shallapplytothemunicipaladministrativedepartmentforaudio-visualproducts,audio-visualproducts,administrativedepartmentsshallmakeadecisionwithinthirtydaysfromthedateofreceivingtheapplication.(five)toengageintheretailorleasingbusinessofaudioandvideoproductswithinthe
3、meansofpassengertransport,andshallfileanapplicationwiththeadministrativedepartmentofaudio-visualproductsofthemunicipality.Theadministrativedepartmentforaudiovisualproductsofthecityshall,withinthirtydaysfromthedateofreceiptoftheapplication,makeanexaminationandapprovaldecision.Uponexaminationandap
4、provalbytheadministrativedepartmentforaudio-visualproducts,theapprovaldepartmentshallissuealicensefortheoperationofaudio-visualproducts.Whoeverobtainsthebusinesslicenseforaudio-visualproductsshall,inaccordancewiththerelevantregulationsofthestate,applytotheadministrativedepartmentforIndustryandCo
5、mmerceforbusinesslicenses.Whereanapplicationfortheestablishmentofanaudio-visualreproducingunitismade,itshallalsoapplytothepublicsecuritydepartmentforaspecialtradelicense.Eleventh,theaudioandvideoproductsbusinessoperatorsqualificationrevieweverytwoyears.Iftheyfailtorevieworfailtoreview,theymaynot
6、continuetoengageinaudioandvideoproductsbusinessactivities.Wheretwelfthoperatorsofaudioandvideoproductschangetheirname,address,legalrepresentativeormainpersonincharge,theyshallgothroughtheproceduresforchangetotheadministrativedepartmentthatoriginallyissuedthelicensefortheoperationofaudio-visualpr
7、oducts.Whereanoperatorofanaudiovisualproductterminatesthebusiness,itshallgothroughthecancellationprocedureswiththeadministrativedepartmentthatoriginallyissuedthebusinesslicenseforaudio-visualproducts.Whereanoperatorofavideoo
