3、GeneralProvisionsArticle1inordertoregulatetheactivitiesofrecyclinganddisposalofwasteelectricalandelectronicproducts,promotethecomprehensiveutilizationofresourcesanddevelopmentofrecyclingeconomy,protecttheenvironment,safeguardinghumanhealth,accordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthe"Peop
4、le'sRepublicofChinaCleanerProductionPromotionLaw"and"solidwastepollutionpreventionlaw"ofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaenvironment,theenactmentofthisordinance.Secondaccordingtothestipulationsinprocessingwasteelectricalandelectronicproducts,referstothedismantlingofwasteelectricalandelect
5、ronicproducts,fromtheextractionofsubstancesasrawmaterialsorfuel,physicalandchemicalpropertiesofwasteelectricalandelectronicproductsbychangingthereductioninthenumberofwasteelectricalandelectronicproductshavebeenproduced,reduceoreliminatetheharmfulingredients,andthefinalwillbeinconfo
6、rmitywiththerequirementofenvironmentalprotectionactivitiesofthelandfill,notincludingtheproductmaintenanceandrenovationandmaintenanceandrenovationactivitiesbyusingthevintageas.TheseRegulationsshallapplytotherecycling,handlingandrelatedactivitiesofthewasteelectricalandelectronicprodu
