3、sionsArticle1inordertoregulatetheactivitiesofrecyclinganddisposalofwasteelectricalandelectronicproducts,promotethecomprehensiveutilizationofresourcesanddevelopmentofrecyclingeconomy,protecttheenvironment,safeguardinghumanhealth,accordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthe"People'sRepublicofCh
4、inaCleanerProductionPromotionLaw"and"solidwastepollutionpreventionlaw"ofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaenvironment,theenactmentofthisordinance.Secondaccordingtothestipulationsinprocessingwasteelectricalandelectronicproducts,referstothedismantlingofwasteelectricalandelectronicproducts,fromth
5、eextractionofsubstancesasrawmaterialsorfuel,physicalandchemicalpropertiesofwasteelectricalandelectronicproductsbychangingthereductioninthenumberofwasteelectricalandelectronicproductshavebeenproduced,reduceoreliminatetheharmfulingredients,andthefinalwillbeinconformitywiththerequiremento
6、fenvironmentalprotectionactivitiesofthelandfill,notincludingtheproductmaintenanceandrenovationandmaintenanceandrenovationactivitiesbyusingthevintageas.TheseRegulationsshallapplytotherecycling,handlingandrelatedactivitiesofthewasteelectricalandelectronicproductslistedinthecatalogueofwas
