6、aterbythecity'swatersupplyunitorindividualthroughthepublicwatersupplypipelineanditsauxiliaryfacilitiesorthroughtheselfconstructedwaterintakefacilities.ThirdunitsandindividualsengagedinurbanwatersupplyandwaterusewithintheadministrativeareaofthisMunicipality
7、mustabidebytheseregulations.Fourthmunicipalconstructionadministrativedepartmentsresponsibleforurbanwatersupply,wateruse,waterconservationsupervisionandmanagementwork.CityWaterConservationManagementOfficeisresponsibleforthemanagementofwatersavinginthiscity.
8、Themunicipalwateradministrationdepartmentsandtheadministrativedepartmentsofhealth,industryandCommerceshallberesponsibleforthesupervisionandmanagementofurbanwatersupplyandwaterusewithintheirrespectiveduties.Th
