2、eguardthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofowners,accordingtotheStateCouncil"HousingFundManagementOrdinance","Xiamencityhousingprovidentfundmanagementregulations"andotherrelevantprovisions,combinedwiththeactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.Thesecondarticleappliestotheex

3、tractionandmanagementofhousingprovidentfundintheadministrativeregionofthismunicipality.Thirdcityhousingprovidentfundmanagementcenter(hereinafterreferredtoasthemanagementcenter)isresponsibleforthecityhousingprovidentfundextractionmanagement.Fourthmanagementcentersentru

4、stedbythecityhousingprovidentfundmanagementcommitteedesignatedcommercialbanks(hereinafterreferredtoasentrustedbanks)forhousingprovidentfundsettlementandotherfinancialservicesandhousingprovidentfundpaymentprocedures.ThesecondchapterextractionconditionsFifthemployeeswho

5、haveoneofthefollowingcircumstancesmayapplyfortheextractionoftheirownhousingaccumulationfund:(a)thepurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousing;(two)retiredandretired;(three)completelylosetheabilitytoworkandterminatethelaborrelationshipwiththeunit;(four

6、)exitsettlement;(five)theterminationoflaborrelationsbetweentheworkersandtheunitsandtheregistrationoftheresidentsoutofthecity;(six)nonresidentworkersandunitsterminatelaborrelations,donotworkinthecityandleavethecity;(seven)repaymentoftheprincipalandinterestinthepurchase

7、ofhousingloans;(eight)noroomworkersrentthecityhousing,andtherentexceeds10%ofthefamilywageincome,usedtopayrent;(nine)workersenjoythelowestlivingsecurityincitiesandtowns;(ten)aftertheterminationoflaborrelationsbetweentheemployeesandtheunits,theyhavebeenunemployedfortwoy

8、earsandhavenotbeenreemployed;(eleven)partoftheworkerslosetheirabilitytowork,andcauseseriousdifficultiesinlife;(twelve)forwor
