3、tcenter(hereinafterreferredtoasthemanagementcenter)isresponsibleforthecityhousingprovidentfundextractionmanagement.Fourthmanagementcentersentrustedbythecityhousingprovidentfundmanagementcommitteedesignatedcommercialbanks(hereinafterreferredtoasentrustedbanks)forhousingprovidentfundsettlem

4、entandotherfinancialservicesandhousingprovidentfundpaymentprocedures.ThesecondchapterextractionconditionsFifthemployeeswhohaveoneofthefollowingcircumstancesmayapplyfortheextractionoftheirownhousingaccumulationfund:(a)thepurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousing;(two)ret

5、iredandretired;(three)completelylosetheabilitytoworkandterminatethelaborrelationshipwiththeunit;(four)exitsettlement;(five)theterminationoflaborrelationsbetweentheworkersandtheunitsandtheregistrationoftheresidentsoutofthecity;(six)nonresidentworkersandunitsterminatelaborrelations,donotwor

6、kinthecityandleavethecity;(seven)repaymentoftheprincipalandinterestinthepurchaseofhousingloans;(eight)noroomworkersrentthecityhousing,andtherentexceeds10%ofthefamilywageincome,usedtopayrent;(nine)workersenjoythelowestlivingsecurityincitiesandtowns;(ten)aftertheterminationoflaborrelationsb

7、etweentheemployeesandtheunits,theyhavebeenunemployedfortwoyearsandhavenotbeenreemployed;(eleven)partoftheworkerslosetheirabilitytowork,andcauseseriousdifficultiesinlife;(twelve)forworkersandtheirspouses,parentsandchildrenhavethe"InterimMeasuresforurbanworkersinFujia
