3、htheactualcity,thedevelopmentoftheimplementationdetails.Theseconddetailedrulesfortheimplementationofthecityhousingprovidentfundextractionmanagement.ThethirdNantonghousingprovidentfundmanagementcenterisresponsiblefortheextractionandmanagementofhousingprovidentfund.Nantonghousi
4、ngprovidentfundmanagementcenterbusinessdepartment,office,managementdepartment(hereinafterreferredtoas"branch")isresponsiblefortheadministrativeareaunderthejurisdictionofthehousingprovidentfundextractionbusinessmanagement.Fourthhousingprovidentfundtoextractthefinancialbusiness
5、involved,commissionedbytheNantonghousingprovidentfundmanagementcommitteedesignatedcommercialbanks(hereinafterreferredtoasentrustedbanks).ExtractionrangeofthesecondchapterFifthofthefollowingcircumstances,onecanextractthehousingaccumulationfundaccountofthebalanceofstorage:(I)pu
6、rchaseofhousing;(two)resettlement;(three)construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousing;(four)repaymentofhousingloans(includingoffsiteloans)principalandinterest;(five)rentalhousing;(six)naturaldisasterssuchasfirecausedamagetoselfoccupiedhousing;(seven)retirementandretire
7、ment;(eight)exitsettlement;(nine)leavingtheadministrativeareabecauseofthetransferofresidenceandthemobilizationofwork;(ten)toterminatethelaborrelationshipwiththeunit,notmorethantwoyears(excludingtwoyears),notreemployment,andmale50yearsofage,womenover40yearsofage;(eleven)holdth
