4、ntofhousingprovidentfundandthestateandthecityofBeijingCity,combiningwiththeactualsituationofthecity,theenactmentofthisapproach.ThesecondmethodappliestotheextractionandmanagementofhousingprovidentfundinBeijingadministrativeregion.ThirdBeijinghousingprovidentfundmanagementcenter

5、(hereinafterreferredtoasthemanagementcenter)isresponsibleforthecityadministrativeregionhousingaccumulationfundextractionmanagement.ExtractionrangeofthesecondchapterFourthemployeesinoneofthefollowingcircumstances,canbeextractedfromthehousingaccumulationfundaccountofthestorageba

6、lance:(a)thepurchase,construction,rehabilitation,overhauloccupiedhousing;(two)retiredandretired;(three)completelylosetheabilitytoworkandterminatethelaborrelationshipwiththeunit;(four)exitsettlement;(five)repaymentofprincipalandinterestofhousingloan;(six)therentexpenditureexcee

7、ds5%ofthefamilyincome;(seven)livingdifficulties,arereceivingminimumlivingallowancesforurbanresidents;(eight)suddeneventsleadtoseriousdifficultiesinfamilylife;(nine)thelaborrelationsbetweenthemigrantworkersandtheunits;(ten)sentencedtodeath,sentencedtolifeimprisonmentorfixed-ter
