3、analysisandmeasurementsofphosphohydrolaseactivityonmicro-dissectedepitheliumandectomesenchyme,insituhybridization,andimmunolabelingonincisorsconfirmedthattheAPactiveinrodentteethisTNAP.WhereasthedevelopmentalpatternofTNAPmRNAandproteinandthepreviouslydescribedactivityweresi
