6、mokinereceptor7(CCR7),CCR7ligandsandCrkLandc-ABLinlungadenocarcinoma.Methods:Onehundredandtwentypatientswithlungadenocarcinomawereincludedinthishistoricalcohortanalysis.WeexaminedCCR7andCCR7ligandsandCrkLandc-ABLmRNAexpressionsinsurgicallyresectedlungadenocarcinomaspecimen
7、sandevaluatedtheircontributiontoprognosis,andtherelationshipwithepidermalgrowthfactorreceptor(EGFR)andTP53mutations.Results:HighCCR7mRNAexpressionsindicatedbetterprognosesthanthoseofthegroupswithlowCCR7mRNAexpressions(P¼0.007,HR¼2.00,95%CIofratio:1.22–3.31).Inlungadenocarc
8、inoma,CrkLandc-ABLmRNAswererelatedtoCCR7mRNAexpression(Po0.0001).CrkLandc-ABLmRNAexpressionswereinfluencedbyEGFRmutations.AhighexpressionofCCL19wasagoodprognosticfactoroflungadenocarcinoma.Conclusion:WeproposethatCCR7andCCL19areclinicallygoodprognosticfactorsandthatCCR7iss
