2、ngThepurposeofthisstudywastoevaluatetheoutcomeofendovascularmanagementofiatrogenicvascularinjuries(IVIs).Weretrospectivelyreviewedtheclinicalrecordsof19consecutivepatientswhounderwentendovasculartherapyofIVIs.Endograftimplantationwasconductedin13patients,intravascularembolizationusingcoilwasperfor
3、medinfourpatients,combinedtreatmentinvolvingendovascularballooninterventionandpercutaneousthrombininjectionwasdoneinonepatientandtheremainingonepatientreceivedballooncompressionforhemostasis.Therewerenodeathsaftertheoperation.Inthepatientswithvesselrupture(n=9)orperforation(n=4),cessationofbleedin
4、gandrestorationofbloodflowwereachievedfollowingtheendovasculartreatments.Fourcasesofpseudoaneurysmandonecaseofarteriovenousfistulaweresuccessfullyeliminated.Atamedianfollow-upof23.8months(range484),onepatientsufferedamildcerebralinfarctionsecondarytocoveredstentplacementandonepatientdevelopedapart
5、ialrenalinfarctionsecondarytocoilembolization.Additionally,stentcollapsewasfoundinonepatientwithstenosisoftheiliofemoralvein,accountingforthefailuretoresolvethelowerlimbedema.Inconclusion,endovasculartherapyisaneffectivetechniqueinthemanagementofdifferenttypesofIVIs,butisassociatedwithminorischemi
