3、entousfungihavebeenclonedMay142012andcharacterized.Alltheinulinaseshaveseveralconservedmotifs,suchasWMND(E)PNGL,RDP,EC(V)P,SVEVF,QandFS(T),whichplayanimportantroleininulinasecatalysisandsubstratebinding.However,theexo-inulinases1040-841XproducedbyyeastshasnoconservedmotifSV
4、EVFandtheyeastsdonotproduceanyendo-inulinase.Exo-andendo-inulinasesfoundindifferentmicroorganismsclusterseparatelyatdistantpositionsfromeachother.MostoftheclonedinulinasegeneshavebeenexpressedinYarrowialipolytica,Saccharomycescerevisiae,Pichiapastoris,1549-7828Klyuveromyces
