5、naccordancewithwhatthejudgefindstobetheinterestofthepartiesinsaidland.(1)Inasuitfortheestablishmentofboundariesanaccountmustbetakenoftheinterestoftheparties;forexample,whereanyoneobtainssomebenefitfromatractoflandwhichisascertainedtobelongtoaneighbor,woulditbeunjustthatpay
6、mentshouldberequiredonthataccount?Moreover,ifasurveyorhadbeenemployedbyoneoftheparties,theotherwhodidnotemployhimwouldbeobligedtopayhisshareofthecompensation.(2)Afterissuehasbeenjoinedinacase,accountistakenoftheprofits,forfromthattimenegligenceandmalicemustbemadethesubject
