1、1/1/09INSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(A)RISKSCOVERED2009年1月1日协会货物条款（A）承保风险Risks1.Thisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredexceptasexcludedbytheprovisionsofClauses4,5,6and7below.风险1.风险（Risks）本保险承保除了下述第4、5、6和7条规定的除外责任以外的保险标的的灭失或损害的一切风险。GeneralAverage2.Thisinsuran

2、cecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofcarriageand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexcludedinClauses4,5,6and7below.2.共同海损（GeneralAverage）本保险承保根据运输合同及/或适用法律和惯例理算或确定

6、nsecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityof10packingorpreparationofthesubject-matterinsuredtowithstandtheordinaryincidentsoftheinsuredtransitwheresuchpackingorpreparationiscarriedoutbytheAssuredortheiremployeesorpriortotheattachmentofthisinsurance(forthepurposeoftheseClauses"packi
