2、isionsofthisinsurance2.1.1Whileincommissionatseaoroninlandwatersorinport,docks,marinas,onways,gridirons,pontoons,oronthehardormudoratplaceofstorageashoreincludingliftingorhaulingoutandlaunching,withleavetosailornavigatewithorwithoutpilots,togoontrialtr
3、ipsandtoassistandtowvesselsorcraftsindistress,orasiscustomary,butitiswarrantedthattheVesselshallnotbetowed,exceptasiscustomaryorwheninneedofassistance,orundertaketowageorsalvageservicesunderacontractpreviouslyarrangedbyOwners,Masters,Managers,orCharter
4、ers2.1.2WhilelaidupoutofcommissionasprovidedforinClause4below,includingliftingorhaulingoutandlaunching,whilebeingmovedinshipyardormarina,dismantling,fittingout,overhauling,normalmaintenanceorwhileundersurvey,(alsotoincludedockingandundockingandperiodsl
5、aidupafloatincidentaltolayinguporfittingoutandwithleavetoshiftintoworotherwisetoorfromherlay-upberthbutnotoutsidethelimitsoftheportorplaceinwhichthevesselislaidup)butexcluding,unlessnoticetobegiventotheUnderwritersandanyadditionalpremiumrequiredbythema
6、greed,anyperiodforwhichtheVesselisusedasaHouseboatorisundermajorrepairorundergoingalteration.2.2NotwithstandingClause2.1abovethegearandequipment,includingoutboardmotors,arecoveredsubjecttotheprovisionsofthisinsurancewhileinplaceofstorageorrepairashore.
7、3NAVIGATINGANDCHARTERHIREWARRANTIES3.1WarrantednotnavigatingoutsidethelimitsstatedintheScheduletothepolicyor,providedpreviousnoticetobegiventotheUnderwriters,heldcoveredontermstobeagreed.3.2Warrantedtobeusedsolelyforprivatepleasurepurposesandnotforhire
8、charterorreward,unlessspeciallyagreedbytheUnderwriters.4LAIDUPWARRANTYWarrantedlaidupoutofcommissionasstatedinthescheduletothepolicy,orheldcoveredontermstobeagreedprovidedpreviousnoticetothegiventotheUnderwriters.5SPEEDWARRANTY5.1Warran
