1、PICCP&CINSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(A)RISKSCOVERED1Thisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredexceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below.RisksClause2Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaffreightmentand/orthe

2、governinglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexcludedinClauses4,5,6and7orelsewhereinthisinsurance.GeneralAverageClause3ThisinsuranceisextendedtoindemnifytheAssuredagainstsuchproportionofliabilityunderthecontractofaffreightment"Bo

3、thtoBlameCollision"Clauseasisinrespectofalossrecoverablehereunder.IntheeventofanyclaimbyshipownersunderthesaidClausetheAssuredagreetonotifytheUnderwriters,whoshallhavetheright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAssuredagainstsuchclaim."BothtoBlameCollision"ClauseEXCLUSIONS4Innocas

4、eshallthisinsurancecoverGeneralExclusionsClause4.1lossdamageorexpenseattributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordinarywearandtearofthesubject-matterinsured4.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorprepara

5、tionofthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause4.3"packing"shallbedeemedtoincludestowageinacontainerorliftvanbutonlywhensuchstowageiscarriedoutpriortoattachmentofthisinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirservants)4.4lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubject-matte
