1、PICCP&CINSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(C)RISKSCOVERED1.Thisinsurancecovers,exceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below,RisksClause1.1lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredreasonablyattributableto1.1.1fireorexplosion1.1.2vesselorcraftbeingstrandedgroundedsunkorcapsized1.1.3overtur

2、ningorderailmentoflandconveyance1.1.4collisionorcontactofvesselcraftorconveyancewithanyexternalobjectotherthanwater1.1.5dischargeofcargoataportofdistress,1.2lossordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredcausedby1.2.1generalaveragesacrifice1.2.2jettison.2.Thisinsurancecoversge

3、neralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaffreightmentand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexcludedinClauses4,5,6and7orelsewhereinthisinsurance.GeneralAverageClause3

4、.ThisinsuranceisextendedtoindemnifytheAssuredagainstsuchproportionofliabilityunderthecontractofaffreightment"BothtoBlameCollision"Clauseasisinrespectofalossrecoverablehereunder.IntheeventofanyclaimbyshipownersunderthesaidClausetheAssuredagreetonotifytheUnderwriterswho

5、shallhavetheright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAssuredagainstsuchclaim."BothtoBlameCollision"ClauseEXCLUSIONS4.InnocaseshallthisinsurancecoverGeneralExclusionsClause4.1lossdamageorexpenseattributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossi

6、nweightorvolume,orordinarywearandtearofthesubject-matterinsured4.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpackingorpreparationofthesubject-matterinsured(forthepurposeofthisClause4.3"packing"shallbedeemedtoincludestowageinacontainerorliftvanbutonlywhen
