1、OCEANMARINECARGOINSURANCECLAUSESi.scopeofcoverthisinsuranceisclassifiedintothefolloparticularaverage(f.p.a.),age,thepanyshallundertaketoindemnifythereforaccordingtotheinsuredconditionspecifiedinthepolicyandtheprovisionsoftheseclauses:1.freefromparticularaverage(f.p.a)this

2、insurancecovers:(1)totalorconstructivetotallossoftheentherebyinsuredcausedinthecourseoftransitbynaturalcalamities-----heavyi,earthquakeandflood.incaseaconstructivetotallossisclaimedfor,theinsuredshallabandontothepanythedamagedgoodsandallhisrightsandtitlepertainingthereto.

3、thegoodsoneachlightertoorfromtheseagoingvesselshallbedeemedaseparaterisk.constructivetotallossreferstothelossedinthepolicyi,entordischarge.(5)reasonablecostincurredbytheinsuredinsalvagingthegoodsoravertingorminimizingalossrecoverableunderthepolicy,providedthatsuchcostshal

4、lnotexceedthesuminsuredoftheconsignmentsosaved.(6)lossesattributabletodischargeoftheinsuredgoodsataportofdistressfolloloading,ediateportofcallorrefuge.(7)sacrificeinandcontributiontogeneraaverageandsalvagecharges.(8)suchproportionoflossessustainedbytheshipobursedbythecarg

6、.ii.exclusionsthisinsurancedoesnotcover:1.lossordamagecausedbytheintentionalactorfaultoftheinsured.2.lossordamagefallingundertheliabilityoftheconsignor.3.lossordamagearisingfromtheinferiorqualityorshortageoftheinsuredgoodspriortotheattachmentofthisinsurance.4.lossordamage
