1、INSTITUTECARGOCLAUSES(A)RISKSCOVERED1Thisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredexceptasprovidedinClauses4,5,6and7below.RisksClause2Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagecharges,adjustedordeterminedaccordingtothecontractofaffreightment

2、and/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidorinconnectionwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexceptthoseexcludedinClauses4,5,6and7orelsewhereinthisinsurance.GeneralAverageClause3ThisinsuranceisextendedtoindemnifytheAssuredagainstsuchproportionofliabilityunderthec

3、ontractofaffreightment"BothtoBlameCollision"Clauseasisinrespectofalossrecoverablehereunder.IntheeventofanyclaimbyshipownersunderthesaidClausetheAssuredagreetonotifytheUnderwriters,whoshallhavetheright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAssuredagainstsuchclaim."Both
