5、ygenspecies(ROS).Inthepres-thanHSA,incorrelationwithaneasierreductionofCu–HSAentwork,westudiedcopper-exchangereactionbetweenAbthanCu–DAHKbyascorbate,invitro.OurdatasuggestthatIIandHSAorthetetrapeptideDAHK(N-terminalCu-bindingHSAisabletodecreaseaberrantCu–Ab
6、interaction.Thereper-domainofHSA)andtheconsequenceofthisexchangeonAb-cussionofthecompetitionbetweenHSAandAbtobindCuininducedROSproductionandcelltoxicity.ThefollowingresultsthebloodandbrainanditsrelationtoAlzheimer’sdiseaseareIIwereobtained:1)HSAandDAHKremov
