2、osefromxylosemotherliquorhaspositivesocial,economicalandenvironmentalbenefits.ComponentsofxylosemotherliquorwereanalyzedbymeansofHPLC.XylosemotherliquorconsistedchieflyofD-xylose,L—arabinose,D—glucoseandD—galactose.TheproportionofD—xyloseWasthehighest,followe

3、dbyL—arabinose.TheproportionofD-galactosewasthelowest.SoD—xyloseandL—arabinoseweresetasthekeycomponents.However,D-xyloseandL—arabinoseareisomers,SOtheirstructuresaresimilar,whichmakestheseparationdifficult.Thispaperusedthemethodofchromatographytosolvethisprob

4、lem.Thetypicalseparationmediaforseparationofsugaralcoholsweresulfonatedcross-linkedstyrenedivinylbenzenecationexchangeresins.Thispapersystematicallystudiedtheinfluencesofion—exchangeresintype,counter-ionsfixedontheresin,thedegreeofcross—linkingofthepolymermat
