4、erageyieldofthecrudeextractwasl7.75%fromthecastorleaf.ThroughtheUVspectrophotometerdetectedat313am,itshowedthattherecinineabsorbaliceresidedinthe59crudeextractofthecastorshellwas1.3712A.andtherecinineabsorbanceresidedinthe59crudeextractofthecastorleafwas0.918A.theconte

5、ntoftherecininefromthecastorshellwasmorethanfromthecastorlear,49.46%.Inthe59crudeextractofcastorshell,althoughthecontentofthericininetotalbaseextractedthroughtheethanolwasmorethanextractedthroughthemethanolandchloroformalthedifferentextractedtimes.therecinineabsorbance
