1、ABSTRACTOrganizationalcynicismreferstoanegativeattitudeanindividualholdingontowardshisorherhiringorganization,whichconsistsofthreedimensions,thatisbelief,emotionandbehavior.RelevantempiricalresearchshownthatthenegativeattitudeCancausenegativeeffecttoenterprisesandindividuals

2、ondifferentdegree.Sotheresearchonorganizationalcynicismcanhelptheconstructionanddevelopmentofenterprises.Asweallknow,theresearchonorganizationalcynicismoriginatedfromwesterncountries,andtherelevanttheoreticalandempiricalresearcheswererelativelyabundant.Bycontrast,thestudyofo

3、rganizationalcynicismhasjuststartedinourcountry,sothereisalargespacetoexplore.Thisresearchadoptedliteratureanalysisandquestionnaireinvestigationtoanalyzethequalityofeachscale.Intheend,weobtained566validsurveydatafromadozencompaniesindifferentprovincesandcities.Byusingexplora

4、toryfactoranalysis,confirmatoryfactoranalysisandhierarchicalregressionanalysisandotherstatisticalmethods,wegottheconclusionsasfollows:Firstly,thereliabilityandvalidityofthescalesweregood,whichaccordedwiththerequirementofpsychomelrics.Secondly,thestudydiscussedaboutthedemogra

5、phicaleffectsonorganizationalcynicism.Thedemographicalvariablesincludedgender,age,educationalstatus,workingage,jobtitle,typeoftheorganizationandfrequenciesofcommunicationwiththebossweekly.Finally,wefoundthatsomeofthedemographicalvariableshadsignificanteffectsondimensionsofor

6、ganizationalcynicism.Thirdly,theresearchdiscussedaboutthemediatedeffectoforganizationalcynicismontherelationshipbetweenLMXandemployeeSdeviantbehavior.ItwasdiscoveredthatLMXWasnegativelycorrelatedwithorganizationalcynicism.Andorganizationalcynicismwaspositivelycorrelatedwithe

7、mployeeSdeviantbehavioranditstwodimensions.Meanwhile,organizationalcynicismplayedaroleofpartialmediationbetweenLMXandemployeeSdeviantbehavior.Fourthly,theresearchdiscussedthatenvyWasamoderatorbetweenorganizationalcynicismandemployee’Sdeviantbehavioranditstwodimensions.Atthes
