1、中文摘要结论:DWI在脑梗死超急性期和急性期均具有很高的敏感性,发病在6—72小时的梗死灶在DWI上具有较高的信号强度和清晰度;联合应用DWI和T2WI可以对新旧梗死灶加以鉴别;DWI在对呈卒中样发病的病人鉴别诊断方面具有较高的应用价值。72小时内梗死灶的ADC值均低于健侧,且rADC值一直保持较低水平。MRA能很好的显示颅内大血管的狭窄和闭塞,大面积病灶的病人MRA上均可见大血管的闭塞或狭窄;DWI所显示病灶与MRA上血管异常有很好的相关性。关键词:扩散加权成像:磁共振血管成像;脑梗死;表观扩散系数
