1、WhatareTFT-LCDs?TFT-LCDstandsforthin-filmtransistorliquid-crystaldisplay.TFT-LCDwasfirstinventedinearly1960'sovertheyearssubstantialimprovementsweremadeonitandby1991,itwasdevelopedforthecommercialproductionofnotebookcomputers.ThustheTFT-LCDindustrywasborn.TheTFT-LCDStructure:It

2、usesliquidcrystaltocontrolthepassageoflight.ThebasicstructureofaTFT-LCDpanelmaybethoughtofastwoglasssubstratessandwichingalayerofliquidcrystal.Thefrontglasssubstrateisfittedwithacolorfilter,whilethebackglasssubstratehastransistorsfabricatedonit.Whenvoltageisappliedtoatransistor
