2、极大的制约了物流行业的发展。因此，针对物流行业中“跳槽”现象出现的原因，结合自己的分析，提出相应的建议，改善物流行业“跳槽”问题，促使我国物流行业更迅速、更长久、更健康的发展。除绪论、结论外，全文共划分为三部分：首先，简要叙述物流行业的发展，并指出“跳槽”现象；其次，分析物流行业中“跳槽”现象的原因；最后，主要针对“跳槽”现象出现的原因提出一些解决办法，希望这些措施能够减少物流行业中“跳槽”现象的发生。关键词：物流，“跳槽”，物流行业黄河科技学院毕业论文第III页The“job-hopping”Phenome
