2、livision二步免疫组织化学法观察51例食管鳞癌组织和18例癌旁正常黏膜组织(距离癌组织>2cm)中MRP和LRP的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌肿瘤大小在5cm以上者LRP阳性表达率显著高于5cm以下者(P<0.05)。癌组织中MRP和LRP阳性率高于癌旁正常组织,有淋巴结转移者MRP和LRP阳性率高于无淋巴结转移者,MRP和LRP阳性者术后3年生存率低于阴性者,但其差异均无统计学意义。MRP和LRP的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期无统计学相关性。MRP和LRP间无显著性相关。结论MRP和LRP不能作为临
