2、鼠穿越格子数[(70.35±13.56)次]明显高于对照组[(29.32±14.12)次,P<0.05];BPA模型组大鼠站立次数、理毛次数[分别为(38.52±6.52)次,(6.26±2.78)次]均较对照组大鼠显著增加[分别为(10.35±8.38)次,(2.67±1.46)次,P<0.05]。Morris水迷宫实验中,BPA模型组大鼠寻找平台的潜伏期[(55.22±5.78)s]较对照组显著延长[(21.22±2.65)s,P<0.05];高频刺激后对照组海马CA1区可诱导稳定的LTP[(162.13±10.12)%],BPA模型组大鼠海马CA1区LTP诱导障碍[
