Byinformationtechnologyinforeignlanguageteachingapplication(Abstract)Alongwithinformationtechnologydevelopment,multi-mediacomputertechnologyandnetworktobewidelyusedinforeignlanguageteaching,haschangedthetraditionalpatternofforeignlanguageteaching.Modernforeignlanguageteachingtoraisethelevelofforeignlanguageteachinginordertotrainhigh-qualityforeigntalenttomeetthegrowingneedsofthesociety.(Keywords)Informationtechnology;Multi-mediatechnology;Network;ForeignlanguageteachingWiththeintegrationintotheworldeconomytospeedupthefile,Chinawillfurtherexpandtheopeningtotheoutsideworld.Inparticular,halfofChina'saccessiontoWTO,thesocio-economicactivitieswillbemoreandmoreintolinewiththeinternationalsocietywillneedmoreforeignlanguageprofessionalsinforeignlanguagesandothertypesofhigh-qualityprofessionals.Thisisourforeignlanguageeducators,theincreasedresponsibilityontheshoulders.Howtoeffectivelyraisethelevelofforeignlanguageteaching,moreandbettertransportationforthecountry'sforeignlanguageprofessionals,wearefacingisanimportantissue.Themainpurposeofforeignlanguageteachingistotrainstudentsinlistening,speaking,reading,writingandtheabilitytoemphasizethedevelopmentofthelearnerstostudytheinitiativeandtheabilitytouselanguage,multi-anglemulti-dimensionalwayofthinking,soastoenhancethelevelofforeignlanguagelearners.Foreignlanguageteachingmoreandmoreattentiontotrainingstudentstouselanguagecommunication.Foreignlanguagestoachievethepurposeofcommunication,itisnecessarytorelyonacertainlanguageenvironment.Asaresult,createafavorableenvironmentforforeignlanguagecommunication,toprovideasmanylanguagesaspossibletheopportunitytopractice,istotrainstudentsinlanguagecommunicationabilityofthemostimportanttask.Thetraditionalforeignlanguageteachingintheformofthemainteacher-centered,teacherlectures,vocabulary,grammar,doexercises,theanswertooneofitsteachingmethods,boring,teachersalwaysdominant;teachingandlearningenvironmentofasingle,closed,confinedtothechalk,blackboards,Materials,thuslimitingstudententhusiasmandcreativity,butalsorestrainedthestudentstolearnthelanguagefunandentertaining."Tim-duck"modeofteachingistoimpartknowledgeandunderstandingofpassivestudents,digestionandabsorption.Trainstudentsnotonlylackofindependence,autonomy,anditsdivergentthinking,andthinkingarelimited.Withtheinformationtechnologyera,anewforeignlanguageteaching.Theso-calledinformationtechnology,basedoncomputertechnology,communicationtechnology,micro-electronicstechnologybasedonanemerginghigh-tech.Broadlyspeaking,informationtechnology,humandata,language,text,sound,pictures,videoandotherinformationcollection,processing,storage,transmissionandretrievalof experience,knowledgeandthemeanstothesumofthetool,ithasasuper-speed,networking,information,digital,intelligentandmulti-mediaandsoon.Withtheglobalizationoftheworldeconomyandthedevelopmentofmoderninformationtechnology,thetraditionalforeignlanguageteachingmethodscannotmeettheneedsofsociety.Inthestudyofmoderninformationtechnology,environment,foreignlanguageteachingmethods,themajorityofforeign-languageteachersarefacinganewtopic.Thecoreofwhichishowtheforeignlanguageteachinginaspecificapplicationofmultimediacomputertechnologyandnetwork-assistedforeignlanguageteaching.1Multi-mediateachinginforeignlanguageteachingintheapplicationofthefeaturesandfunctionsMulti-mediatechnologyisbasedonthecharacteristicsofthehumanexchangeofinformation,graphics,text,sound,imagesandotherinformationinonecomprehensivearrangementfordealingwithtechnology.Theuseofmulti-mediaexpressions,themaincontentsofteachingmaterials,data,suchastheexampledisplayedonthescreen,toadviseteachersonteaching.111Multi-mediaforeignlanguageteachingaidstoenrichthecontentofclassroomteachingMulti-mediateachingsoftwarecanprovidematerialinmanylanguages,withtheaidofdiagrams,movement,soundsituationwhere,andaudio-visual,fullofinformationsuchastheexpressionofforeignlanguageteachingtoproviderealisticperformanceresults,teacherscanchooseaccordingtothepurposeofteachinganumberofmulti-mediateachingsoftware,ortoproducetheirownmultimediacourseOrdownloadfromthesoftwarelibrary,theuseofhyperlinkstofeaturethevoices,images,clipart,suchaslinkstothepresentation,providedthegraphics,soundandlanguageinterfaceandthewindowsothatstudentsflexibilitytostudyandcontroloftheoperation,Asthesoftware-asameansofpresentation,listening,speakingasone,theteachingprocessappearstobealivelyandatthesametimegreatlyenhancetheeffectivenessofteaching.112Multimediaassistanceforeignlanguageteachingcanenhancestudent'sstudyinterest,isadvantageousinarousestheenthusiasmwhichthestudentstudies,foundsthepositiveclassroomenvironmentTheinterestisbestteacher,onlythenstimulatesthestudentstrongstudyinterest,causesthestudenttoparticipateinpositivelythelearningactivity,canguaranteestudent'sinstudymainbodystatus,achievedthestudentdevelopsgoal.Multimediahasprovidedtheextremelyadvantageousphysicalconditionsfortheforeignlanguageteaching.Itbothretainedthecomputerinteractivecharacteristic,andhastheseeingandhearingequipmenttopresenttheimageandthesoundsuperiorityperfectly,hastheextraordinaryexpressiveforce,richcontent,diverseform,vividimage.113Multimediaassistanceforeignlanguageteachingisadvantageousindevelopsstudent'spowerofthought,theenhancementrememberedthat,isadvantageousinthe studyefficiencyenhancementMultimediamayvarious,themultipleperspectivesdescribesomethingbythedifferentform,canprovidethedirect-viewingteachingsourcematerial,thevictorywritingandtheoralexpressioniconicityweakshortcoming,aboutthestimulationatthesametimethecerebralhemisphereondoes,ishelpfulobservesabilityinthestudent,studiesindependentlythepowerofthoughtraise;Inadditionteacher'sguidance,theexplanation,thestudentwillobtainacomprehensivemainbodyimage,thusformstheconcept,completesthememory.114Multimediaassistanceforeignlanguageteachingisadvantageoustothecreationgoodlanguagehumanrelationsenvironment,enhancesthestudenttohearthelanguageabilityMulti-mediatechnology,supportedbytheestablishmentofmulti-channelandinteractivelanguagelearningenvironmentthroughtheeffectiveintegrationofvisual,listening,speaking,reading,writingandlanguage,andmanyotherresourcestoprovidestudentswithalargenumberofmulti-channelinputatthesametime,forstudentsEnglishlearningoutput,exchangeandfeedbackcanbecarriedoutinatimelymanner,whichchangedthetraditionalteachingofstudentsinarelativelypassiveposition,sothatstudentshavetheopportunitytocomeintocontactwithfresh,naturallanguagematerialforthecreationofstudentslearningEnglishAppropriatelanguageenvironment.(ThesisnetworkLunWenNet.Com)2NetworkteachinginforeignlanguageteachingapplicationcharacteristicandfunctionOntheInternetiscontainingthestrongmessageresources,fullydevelopsandusestheseinformationresourcetobecomethemodernforeignlanguageteachingtheimportantlink.TheInternetmaybringomni-directionally,multi-level,thevividimagelanguageinformationforthestudent,mayusingInternetcharacteristicsandsooninformationtimeliness,integrityservefortheforeignlanguageteaching.211Networkassistanceteachinghasenrichedtheteachingresources,therealizationclassroominstructionopeningThecomputernetworkappliesintheforeignlanguageteachingmayexpandtheteachinginformationcapacity,causestheinformationthemanifestationtomelt,thediversificationalternately.Innetworkstrongmessageresourcesandnotspaceandtimelimithumanrelationsspace,alsomadeuptheforeignlanguagematerialsolely,thedeficientlanguageenvironment,haslackedtraditionalteachingandsoonexchangeobjectflaws.Thenetworkingappliesintheclassroominstruction,causestheforeignlanguageteachingpattern“tosealup”thepatterntrendbythetradition“theopening”.Theindexleavesthroughthenetworkfromthesourcematerialresourcesstorehousewiththisclassrelatedeachkind“thescene”,providesforthestudent,satisfiesstudent'sdifferentinteresthobby,enhancesstudent'sstudyenthusiasm,causesthestudenttoparticipateinonowninitiativetheforeignlanguageteaching,thushasachievedtheteachinggoal.Usingthenetworkclassroomfunction,mayletthe studentaftercompletetheessentialstudyandthedrill,asnecessaryassignsouttheexaminationtopicfromtheresourcesstorehousetocarryontheself-examination,theuserelatedsoftwarecontrol,givestheexaminationthroughthestudentvisitsintheresourcesstorehousesourcematerialandsoonoutsidereading,extracurricularactivityjurisdictions.Educationprincipleteachesstudentsinaccordancewiththeiraptitudewhichthroughthenetworkrichteachingresourcesrealization,isadvantageousindisplaystheirstudyenthusiasm.Thecomputernetworkteachingmaximumlimittapsindividualpotential,causesthestudenttobecomeseekstheknowledgeonowninitiativethemainbody,strengthensinterestwhichthestudentstudies,stimulatestheircreativity,thusenhancesself-consciousness,theinitiative,theenthusiasmwhichthestudentstudies,causestheirimagination,thecreativitytobeablethebigpromotion.212Communicatestheplatformusingthenetworkingbuild,afterthusrealizestheteacherandstudentclasstoexchangeThroughwithstudent'sexchange,theteachermaygraspthestudenttostudytheconditionpromptly,thustheadjustmentteaching,mayteachgivesthestudentthemoreknowledgeinformation.Butunderthetraditioneducationalmodel,intheclassroomusuallyisthework,theexaminationpaperexchangemanythelanguageexchangearefew,onlysomeexchangeformexistencesurfaceandsoonclassrecessandindividualcoachingnarrow,participateinthestudentfewshortcomings.Usingthenetworkingestablishmenthypothesizedlanguageenvironmenttooktherealisticlanguageenvironmentthesupplement,mayrealizevariously,themulti-levelopenstyleteachersandstudentsexchanges,willbeadvantageousinallstudentshearswiththepowerofexpressionraise.Intheforeignlanguageteaching-odd,encouragesthestudentorchatsthetoolwiththeemailandtheteachercarriesontheforeignlanguageexchange,throughrepliesstudent'smailtoletthestudentfeeltheforeignlanguagetherealfunction,enhancesthestudenttostudytheforeignlanguagetheenthusiasm,pointedouttheyinthemailquestion,areadvantageousinraisetheirforeignlanguageproficiency.Throughmailexchange,alsomaysolvetheproblemwhichintheclassroomleavesbehind,alsomaydiscussotherofquestions,haspulledcloserdistancebetweentheteacherandstudent's,isadvantageousinenhancestheteachingefficiency.Exceptteacher'sandstudent'sbetweenexchange,encouragesthestudenttousetheemailortochatthetooltocarryonawider-rangingexchange,speciallywithforeigner'sdirectexchange,mayletthestudentcontactapurerforeignlanguage,understandsthevariouscountriesevenmoredirectlythenationalcondition,thenationalcharacterandstyle,themannersandcustomsandsoon,thusdeepenstotheforeignlanguagetheunderstanding.Thisprocesswillguidestudent'spositivestudy,willraiseitsforeignlanguageproficiency.Certainly,theinformationtechnologycandisplayitssuperiorityfullywhiletheforeignlanguageteaching,alsohastheproblemwhichveryletsusreconsider,ourcountryforeignlanguageteacheralsoquiteisspeciallyweakatpresenttoinformationtechnologygrasping,thereforesetahigherrequesttotheforeignlanguageteacher,notonlythistherequestforeignlanguageteacherinformationtechnologyapplicationlevelmustenhance,moreovermustmoreimportantlygetsupthetraditionalteachingmerit
