3、etobryophyte(苔藓),pteridophytesandspermatophytes.Astheresultanalysisoftheirproteomes(蛋白质组)hasthepotentialofrevealing(透露真情的,启发人的)howaminoacidusagefrequencieswithinproteinshaveevolvedoverbiologicaltime.Inthepaper,655proteins(including452,672aa)ofsixproteomesfromgreenalgae(Chla

4、mydomonasreinhardtii;Ostreococcuslucimarinus),bryophyte(Physcomitrellapatens)andspermatophytes(Cryptomeriajaponica;Nicotianatabacum;Arabidopsisthaliana)wereanalysed.Theresultsshowedthatmostaminoacidusagefrequenciesdecreasing(especiallyAGVE)orincreasing(especiallyYFNIKS)foll

5、owfixedpatternsfromgreenalgaetobryophyteandspermatophytes.Byexploringdiscrepanciesofaminoacidusagefrequenciesamongtaxonomic(分类的)groups,itwasfoundthatthefrequenciesperformedabiggerchangewhenplantevolvedformalgaetobryophytethanthosefrombryophytetospermatophytes.Meanwhiledataa

6、lsoshowedthataminoacidresidues(剩余物,残渣)havethesimilarusagefrequenciesinspecieswithcloseevolutionarydistance.Inaddition,239proteins(including130,138aa)fromredalgaeproteomes(GuillardiathetaandHemiselmisandersenii)werealsoanalysed.Comparingwithgreenalgae,theseaminoacidfrequenci
