1、齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文）摘要在最近几年，国内的经济发展已经得到了长足的进步，中小型的私人公司为国内经济的健康迅速发展增添了充足的动力。内部控制是企业整治和推进工作的主要管理手段，有效的内部控制可以提高其财务报告质量，并增强企业对抗风险的能力。企业须认识到内部控制的重要性，不断完善内控制度，从而保障自身的持续经营与发展壮大。本论文应用调查分析法和综合归纳法相结合的手段，对比优特公司内部控制存在的问题及对策进行了研究。可以把本文划分为四个方面：在第一个方面，对本篇文章的分析目标以及含义作出了简介

2、，并与海外对内部管理的分析情况相结合，并得出自己的观点。第二方面，概括比优特公司的简介及经营范围，并对该公司现存的内部控制体系进行详实调查。第三方面，仔细分析出现的难题，与企业的运营情况不好、风险管理不规范、组织框架不合理、信息与沟通制度不足这四个大方面的问题相结合进行分析，同时概括出导致问题的成因。第四方面，针对所发现的问题提出可行性解决对策，使公司管理得到改善和提高，同时也能为其他公司的发展发挥借鉴作用。关键词：私人公司、内部管理、存在难题、解决方式19齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计（论文）Abstr
