1、摘要幸福是人的一生一直所追求的主题,也是所有人的需要。如今时代不断发展,人们对于幸福这一热点关注度逐渐升高,教师的幸福也引起了人们的重视,进入了教育研究者的视域。因此,深入解读教师职业幸福感的内涵,调查研究当前教师职业幸福感的现状,提出关于提高教师职业幸福感的有效建议对广大教师享受职业尊严和幸福着重要的理论意义和现实价值。本研究以咸阳市S小学教师为调查对象,通过问卷调查的形式向该校90位老师进行了调查。而在工作中体验到幸福的频率调查中,有3%的教师认为总能体验到,12%的教师认为经常能体验到,有60%的教师认为偶尔能体验到,25%的教师认为没有体验到。这组数据说明,广大小学教师在工作还是
2、能够体验到幸福感,但总体来说,小学教师幸福指数偏低。最后,本文就如何提高小学教师的职业幸福感从个人、学校、社会三方面提出了具体的建议。从自身方面来看,一、树立崇高职业理想,追求职业幸福,二、转变工作观念,提高自身专业素养;从学校方面来看,一、建立家校沟通平台,建立和谐关系,二、营造良好工作环境,实施人性化管理;从社会方面来看,一、营造和谐氛围,保持合理期望,二、建立合理工资制度,改善福利待遇。关键词:小学教师;职业幸福感;现状分析;提升建议AbstractHappinessisaperpetualthemethateveryonepursuesandwantsintheirwholeli
