1、P2P网络贷款平台的风险及防范对策【摘要】据统计，企业通过银行贷款渠道获得的资金，占企业融资总量的80%以上，通过其它渠道获得的资金不足20%。但是，由于种种原因，很多企业通过银行贷款获得资金的渠道并不畅通，银行贷款不能满足很多企业的发展需要，资金供求矛盾依然突出，贷款难这一现实问题没有得到有效解决。随着计算机技术的发展、互联网的普及应用，以及民间借贷市场的日益繁盛，一种依托于网络的P2P网络贷款平台应运而生。跟传统的银行贷款相比较，P2P网络贷款有很多的优点，办理的手续比较便利、相关信息比较透明、也有很强的风险分担等优点，比较适合于小额贷款的发放，对一部分比较小型的金融群体有很大的积极意义。
2、国内P2P网络贷款行业发展迅速，已形成一定规模。但是在网络贷款平台层出不穷的同时，也暴露出平台自身及运行环境的缺陷。本文从相关的基本概念着手，系统的论述了研究背景，研究内容和方法等，提出P2P网络贷款平台的现在面临的风险，并提出相对应的处理对策等。希望可以给现阶段我国的一部分企业提供一定的理论依据和参考意见。关键词：网络贷款；贷款平台；存在的风险；防范措施P2Pnetworkplatformloanriskandpreventioncountermeasures【abstract】Accordingtostatistics,theenterprisechannelstoobtainfundst
