1、江苏大学硕士学位论文轿车白车身模态分析姓名:张学荣申请学位级别:硕士专业:车辆工程指导教师:张敏中;朱茂桃2002.5.1,摘要0阵身是轿车的关键总成。它的构造决定了整车的力学特性,对白车身进行模态分析不仅能考察车身结构的整体刚度特性,而且可以指导人们对车身结构进行优化以及响应分析乳本文基于有限元和模态理论,运用ANSYS6.0软件对某轿车白车身进行了模态分析,并通过实验验证有限元结果的正确性。采用三维造型软件建立车身的各个子部件,然后通过装配消除部件之间的干涉,通过接口输入ANSYS程序中。用壳单元与粱单元对整个白车身进行网格划分,建立了模态
2、分析细化有限元模型。在计算过程中,讨论了加强筋、钣金件厚度、连接关系等对模态参数的影响。结果表明合理设置加强筋可以在质量增加很少的前提下使特定阶频率得到较大提高。此外连接处理方法对计算结果有一定的影响。对理论模型和实际结构分别进行理论与实验模态分析,采用模态置信准则姒c对两者之间的相关性进行比较研究。结果表明前六阶振型模态置信准则均大于O.8,即两者的相关性较好。随后对车身结构振动特性进行了评价,针对存在的问题利用频率对厚度参数灵敏度方法进行结构修改。最后通过车身谐响应分析,检验结构修改的有效性。关键词:白车身有限元娄藤模态分析灵敏度谐响应分析
