1、山东师范大学硕士学位论文虫草多糖的免疫调节作用及其抗肿瘤活性的研究中文摘要冬虫夏草是虫草属真菌与蝙蝠蛾幼虫的寄生复合体,主产于我国的青海、西藏、四川、云南、贵州等高海拔地区,作为我国传统的名贵药材已经有很长的历史。虫草具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血糖、降血压、免疫调节等多种功能。近年来,虫草多糖引起越来越多的关注,成为一个非常活跃的研究领域。虫草多糖具有复杂的生物活性和功能,对其免疫调节作用和抗肿瘤活性尽管也有一些研究,但尚缺乏系统性。本文利用发酵生产的冬虫夏草菌丝体提取纯化了虫草多糖(PolysaccharideofCordycepssinensis,简称CSP),
