1、兰州大学硕士学位论文血清胰岛素样生长因子．1(IGF．1)浓度与抑郁症的相关性研究2006级研究生权京菊导师叶兰仙摘要目的：探讨抑郁症患者血清IGF．1、生长激素(GH)浓度的变化及其与抑郁症的关系。方法：按纳入标准，对例首发抑郁症患者30例(男13例女17例)及健康对照组30例(男16人女14人)分别用放射免疫法检测血清IGF．1、GH浓度。试验组同时进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。经西酞普兰抗抑郁治疗8周后复查血清IGF．1、GH浓度，及HAMD评分，比较试验组与对照组血清IGF．1、GH浓度，以明确血

2、清IGF．1与GH和抑郁症的关系，并了解抗抑郁剂干预的效果。结果：患者组治疗前血清IGF．1浓度显著高于对照组(P<0．01)，而患者组治疗前血清GH浓度与对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0．05)，且治疗前、后患者组血清GH浓度无统计学差异。多元线性回归分析显示：患者组治疗前血清IGF．1浓度与年龄及HAMD评分有关，其中与患者年龄负相关(偏回归系数b=．0．417，P

3、(BMI)值一定时，治疗前患者组血清IGF—l浓度与HAMD评分值呈正相关(r=0．5017，P<0．01)。Spearman相关分析显示：治疗前患者血清IGF．1浓度与抑郁严重程度之间无K相关关系(rs=O．258，P-=O．17)。抗抑郁治疗有效的患者血清IGF．1浓度较治疗前显著下降(t=9．16，P
