5、0515)摘要:目的建立蔓茎堇菜中总黄酮、总三萜含量的测定方法。方法分别以芦丁、齐墩果酸为对照品,以5%亚硝酸钠-10%硝酸铝-4%氢氧化钠、5%香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色剂,检测波长分别为408,555nm,采用紫外分光光度法测定1蔓茎堇菜中的总黄酮和总三萜含量。结果总黄酮在0.01003~0.06018mg·mL内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平1均回收率为108.0%,RSD为4.92%(n=9);总三萜在0.004~0.036mg·mL内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9982),平均回收11率为101.3%,RSD为4.42%(n=9)。蔓茎堇菜中总黄酮的
