1、·中文结构式摘要·高糖对人肾小球系膜细胞细胞间粘附分子.1及层粘连蛋白表达的影响目的探讨高糖对人肾小球系膜细胞表达细胞间粘附分子.1(intercellularadhesionmolecule.1,ICAM.1)及层粘连蛋f兰t(1aminin,LN)的影响。方法将培养的人肾小球系膜细胞分为正常糖对照组、高糖组和甘露醇对照组,分别在24、48、72小时收集培养液上清,采用ELISA法检测上清液中ICAM一1和LN的表达。结果人肾小球系膜细胞表达ICAM.1在24小时开始升高,48小时达高峰,72小时下降。LN表达呈时间依赖性。且高糖组ICAM.1及
2、LN的表达显著高于正常糖对照组及甘露醇组(PO.05)。结论高糖可导致人肾小球系膜细胞ICAM.1及LN表达增加,系膜细胞ICAM.1和LN的分泌不依赖于高渗透压的影响。ICAM.1对肾脏可能具有炎性损伤作用,LN的增加表明肾小球系膜外基质的过度表达,二者均可促进糖尿病肾病的发生发展。从而为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供了新靶点。关键词糖尿病肾病;细胞间粘附分子.1;层黏连蛋白·英文结构式摘要·Effectofhighglucoseonintercellularadhesionm
